Through the years, as I’ve become more educated on how the food I eat impacts my health, I’ve slowly changed my diet. Reading books like, “The China Study” and watching documentaries like “Forks Over Knives,” “Food Inc.” and others have solidified my decision to limit the amount of meat I eat. Therefore, I now choose to cook primarily vegetarian recipes.
